General Clubhouse Information:
The beautiful Carlsbad Woman's Clubhouse is available for rent to
businesses, organizations and individuals for meetings, trainings, classes and special events. You may arrange for a one-time event rental or arrange the use of the clubhouse for meetings that occur on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. The Clubhouse is NOT available to rent for weddings or quinceaneras.
Besides the large main room, and the smaller foyer area, there is
a stage for plays or performances; a full kitchen for food preparation; and
plentiful parking behind the clubhouse. (There is also an outdoor patio area, but it is only available for passive activities during events due to city
Rectangular tables and chairs are available for your use at
no extra cost. In addition, a baby grand piano is available, as well as a sound system if needed.
Our rental fees are as follows:
Six (6) hour rental cost: $900
Four (4) hour rental cost: $700
Additional rental time is $100/hour
Reservation/Security deposit $300
Maximum Occupancy: 150
Substantial savings available for Non-Profits and On-Going Weekly/Monthly Renters.
(Note that due to the residential neighborhood in which we are
located, music is allowed only until 9:00 PM on Fri/Sat. and 8:30 PM on
weeknights. In addition, the club must be vacated and locked by 10:00 PM. These restrictions are strictly adhered to due to City restrictions on the use of our clubhouse. In addition, the only alcoholic beverages that can be served during events are: wine, beer and champagne).
