The Club’s Impact: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow
|
The Woman’s Club of Carlsbad celebrated a century of giving in 2025. Founded in 1925, our mission has been to strengthen the community and enhance the lives of others through volunteer service and philanthropic endeavors. Continuing our 100-year legacy as an important community partner, the Woman’s Club of Carlsbad has championed causes in child advocacy and education, violence prevention, health, community enhancement, environmental stewardship, and civic engagement. The Club has grown to 147 active members and supports over 50 local organizations, including Center for Community Solutions, Meals on Wheels, the Salvation Army, the North County Food Bank, the Community Resource Center, Gently Hugged and many more.

In 2025 alone, the Club provided over 21,000 volunteer hours, $51,740 of in-kind donations, and participated in 82 community service projects. Since 2012, we have donated over $230,000 to charitable causes and awarded $73,00 in scholarships. Throughout the last century, the Club has been a source of giving and action for the community. With your support, the Club will continue to thrive for the next 100 years.

Our clubhouse is more than a building. It is a place where women connect and lead, a gathering place for community organizations, a home for volunteer programs and charitable initiatives, a venue that generates revenue supporting our mission, and a visible symbol of the Club's commitment to and love for Carlsbad.
