Do you want to stay motivated to eat sensibly and exercise over the Holidays? We have the perfect solution. WCC member, Olympian and renowned fitness expert in the UK, Cindy Gilbert, will be in town and offering a 4-week inspiration exercise class to help us stay fit during the holidays.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays from Nov 28 through December 19 at 9:30 a.m. at the Clubhouse. Everyone is welcome to this hour-long class designed specifically for WCC members. Coffee and English tea will be served afterwards.
Classes on 11/28, 12/5, 12/12 and 12/19 only. Don't miss it. Come dressed in comfortable clothes to work out in and bring light hand weights if you have them.

Laugh your way through a low-impact, dance style exercise taught by program developer, Olympic athlete and Carlsbad Woman’s Club member Cindy Gilbert.
