Centennial Toolbox

We encourage members to use the suggested tools here to bring exposure to the Woman's Club of Carlsbad during our Centennial Celebration Year. Please help get the word out to our community about who we are, what we do, and how others can help us reach our goals to continue our support of the community this year and the next 100 years.

No. 1:

The Women's Club of Carlsbad is one of the oldest philanthropic and community service groups in North San Diego County with 100 members strong. 
 
For the past 100 years, it has been generating revenue through events and fundraisers. These events are often held at the landmark 1962 clubhouse with the revenue redirected to local charities and scholarships. The Woman’s Club of Carlsbad has contributed thousands of volunteer hours to support other nonprofit groups & events.

Through volunteerism, we strengthen the community and create strong friendships.

We have an abundance of 3” round stickers with the WCC Centennial logo. Put them on your computer, water bottle, phone, the back of envelopes, gifts, and on your cat. Well, maybe not the cat!

​Display our new license plate frame

Ditch your old high school license plate frame for this cool update.
Cost is just $15. Click on the button below to order through the WCC website shop. Sorry, this is not a freebie. Installation & tools not included, but screws & cute little buttons to cover them are!

​Yes, this is still relevant, not just to telemarketers and old boyfriends.
Option #1:
“Hi! 
I cannot take your call right now, but if you leave your name & number, I’ll return your call as soon as I can.
While you’re waiting for me to return your call, please consider donating to my favorite community service organization, the Woman’s Club of Carlsbad. Visit our website & learn more about our support of the communities in the North County & Carlsbad.”

Option #2:
“Hi! Of course, I’m not available. I’m over at the Woman’s Club of Carlsbad. You know, across from Carlsbad High School with 57 parking spaces in back and cool AC. Why would I be anywhere else? Instead of calling me back, come join the club. You will love it, too.”

No. 5:
Email signature with Centennial logo, website or QR code
 
Use this at the bottom of your email signature on all outgoing messages to show your Club pride. Usually found & set up in Settings/Signature.

Here are the logos and QR Code:

​To copy and paste an image, place your cursor over an image and right click your mouse; then click on Copy Image.  Go to where you want to paste the image and right click your mouse; then click Paste Image.
To change the size of an image, click on the image, which will bring up a box with dots on each corner and sides. Click and pull on a corner box to increase or decrease the image size without creating distortion.
