Food Drive to benefit North County Food Bank
A total of 1,321 pounds of food was donated during this 3-hour food drive that will provide 1,101 meals to those in need. The Woman's Club of Carlsbad partnered with the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank to collect food items to be donated to our community. A huge thanks to all of those who organized, especially WCC members Mara Felding and Arleen von Schlieder, and those who assisted in the event and those who donated items of food. What a collaboration for the good of our neighbors in need.
